Caribbean International Distributor’s Incorporated started business in Guyana officially from its Mc Doom head office on July 9, 2007 with a fleet of thirteen. Whilst the Berbice Branch began operations in April 7, 2008 with a staff of 16 and a fleet of three (3).CIDI was in Guyana first to distribute Thrill Soft Drinks, More Juices, Blue Life Water and Parbo Bier. However, the beverage division has since expanded to accommodate Heineken Beers, Piton Malta, Pro Choice Flavoured Water and more recently Pro-Life UHT Whole and Semi-whole Milk.
Happy Baby & Smarty Baby Diapers from Lambi, Mexico joined our product line in May of 2008, initiating the dry goods division.
Currently our management team is lead by Mr. Maurice Gajadhar, as the Managing Director, Alisia Katideen as the Sales and Marketing Manager, Ms. Ambalika Swammy as the Accountant, Mr. Marlon D’Andrade is the Warehouse Manager and Mr. Jailall Ragnauth is the Brands Manager for Heineken & Parbo Beers. Ms. Vanessa Adamson is our Administrative Assistant whilst Mr. Terrence Crandon is our Chief of Security and Mr. Fenton Patram is our Senior Mechanic. Our total staff compliment as at March 2011 sits at 87 employees inclusive of head office and the branch. Mr. Krishna Outram is the Branch Manager/Accountant whilst Suraj Madramuthu is the Sales Supervisor.
